Memory Support

Elder Homestead’s memory support program offers a supportive, tranquil neighborhood of residences where people with Alzheimer’s and other types of memory loss experience a structured schedule of daily care and activities, along with the everyday comforts of home. 

Specially trained memory support staff are dedicated to the unique needs of people in their care and attentively follow individualized care plans. In addition, caregivers support family of those with memory loss through resources which include social services, Validation and Alzheimer’s support groups.
